Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
• If you choose to cancel your order before shipment, the refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
• For payments made through net banking or debit/credit cards, the refund amount will be sent to the same account from which the payment was made.

We offer a hassle-free refund process under certain circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are provided in the following cases:

- The product you ordered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

- You choose to cancel your order before shipment.

• Refund requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product(s).

Refund Process:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

• If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please raise a request for refund along with video of the product while unpacking it within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are processed once the damaged or incorrect product(s) have been received and verified at our warehouse.
• For payments made through net banking or debit/credit cards, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
• The refund to be processed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the product(s) back. In some cases, it may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

• If you choose to cancel your order before it has been shipped, the amount will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after we receive the cancellation request.
• For payments made through net banking or debit/credit cards, the refund amount will be sent to the same account from which the payment was made.
